Chat to us about your big day! Where and when are you getting married? What are your expectations for the day? Would you prefer delivery or pickup/drop off? What pieces are a must have for your wedding? If we're a good fit......
No. 2 Let's Talk Details
What trends, color schemes, and decor pieces are you loving this season? Which do you think are overrated? What do you wish you saw more of? When are you getting married and where? These are all things your specialist will get to know about you.
No. 3 Deposit & Contract
To secure your rental date and décor pieces, a signed contract and a refundable deposit are required. The deposit begins the design process and gives access to your personal.....
No. 4 Client Portal
This is where your signed contract, invoice, questionnaire, & design proposals will live! Here you will also have access to your payment tracker so everything is conveniently in one location.
No. 5 Questionnaire & Design Proofs
To ensure your vision is translated from dream to reality, we allow 2 free rounds of review. Our questionnaire should be filled out prior to the design process and after all final proofs have been uploaded. We upload proofs and to scale mock ups of all decor as they are created so you are always up to date!
No. 6 Delivery or Pickup
If you opted for delivery, our team will set up and prepare your decor to be photo ready for your big day as well as break down all pieces after the event; If you opt for our pickup/drop off option, we will package all of your items for you, along with any set up instructions and cleaning tools for your use.
In season signage packages begin at $500, not including delivery. In season weddings are dates within March to November (with the exception of Holiday & New Years Eve dates, which are considered In-season dates).
Most couples spend around $800-$2,500 on signage, day of delivery, set up and breakdown. Each package is unique to you! Pricing is dependent upon location of wedding, total number of guests, items and materials desired, and time spent delivering (ie securing, touching up and cleaning for display). When inquiring, please let me know your budget and I can make suggestions as to your day.

Delivery, setup and next-day breakdown is calculated by mileage to and from your event. We typically strive to stay within 1 hour of zip code 02038 as this equates to 4 hours drive time total. If further distances are requested, overnight accommodations may need to be made at an additional cost. Also, if your venue does not allow safe overnight storage of your rental items an additional same late-night pickup fee will be added.
If you would like to pickup 2 days before your event and 2 days after, please let us know. Some mirrors and all champagne walls are marked as delivery only due to their cost or antique nature. Please inquire with us!
